At Saisaa.com, we take pride in creating personalized gifts and delivering exceptional Contact Lenses to our valued customers in Nepal. Due to the customized nature of our Table Frames and Keychains, we are unable to offer standard returns or refunds.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a Customized Gift Item that is incorrect due to an error on our part, either in production or during shipping, we are happy to offer a remake or exchange.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If your Customized Gift Item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your specifications due to an error at Saisaa.com, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Contact Information: To initiate a remake or exchange, send an email to contact@saisaa.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
• Remake or Exchange: Once we verify your claim, we will promptly remake your Customized Gift Item according to your original specifications and deliver it to you free of charge. Alternatively, you may choose to exchange your item for a different product of equal value from our selection.
• Time-frame: Please allow an additional production and delivery time-frame for remade items.

What is not covered by this policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer remakes or exchanges for Customized Gift Items where the mistake originates from the information you provided during the design process.

We recommend double-checking all text entries, spellings, and image uploads before finalizing your order.
